This Page is designed to walk you through our New Patient Process and hopefully answer any questions you may have. 
The following is a bullet-point list of questions asked often:

***All New Patients are emailed a link to fill out the New Patient Paperwork. This MUST be completed BEFORE the time of your appointment, otherwise your appointment will have to be RESCHEDULED. If you run into any difficulty, then please contact us so that we can help you in getting it completed prior. Thank you for your attention and understanding regarding this.

* Yes, we typically treat the first day
   - the First Day typically consists of:
      1. Consultation and History
      2. Physical Examination A) Orthopedic Exam B) Neurologic Exam
      3. X-Rays (When necessary)
      4. Treatment/ Adjustment 
   - We teach and review all  X-Rays taken with every Patient, however this is at a follow up visit. If you are in possession of        currrent studies such as X-Ray, MRI, CT, please bring these to your initial visit.

* Yes, we bill Insurance and are happy to verify benefits for you

*Yes,  X-Rays are commonly performed, however they are not compulsory in every case

* Dr Moore is a Palmer (Davenport) graduate and practices multiple techniques. Patients that are leery of "cracking"         adjustments are accomodated for. No patient will undergo any procedures they may be uncomfortable with. All procedures are thoroughly explained.

*** Yes, a $25 Deposit for each New Patient Visit Scheduled is required. This is credited towards 1st Day Fees. This credit is maintained even if you re-schedule for some reason, you DO NOT LOSE THIS CREDIT as long as you are seen in the office. The only way to lose this credit is if you "No Notice / No Show" for your visit with us. Therefore the deposit is to reduce this occurrence. If Scheduling online, a staff member will call you to collect your deposit over the phone, answer any questions you may have, and walk you through the online New Patient Paperwork process. 

*We seek to provide superior care in our office and we work to be thorough, therefore your initial visit will likely be 45 min or thereabouts in order to be detailed in helping you to the best of our ability. 

*If at any time you have questions, Please voice them to the Doctor or staff!
